Conference Fee
The conference fee of EUR 1,500.- (plus 20% VAT) entitles you to the following benefits: Admission to conference, conference materials, refreshments during breaks, luncheon, participation in the evening programs including dinner, joint excursion and shuttle service.

Payment Conditions
Payment can be done by bank transfer after receipt of invoice or credit card. Your payment will be confirmed after authorization of the issuing credit card institution. Please transfer the total amount of your application, free of charge for the recipient, to the following account: SYMPOS Veranstaltungsmanagement GmbH, Erste Bank, Account Nr. 285-506-401/00, Bank Code: 20111, BIC: GIBAATWW, IBAN: AT962011128550640100. Kindly make sure, that your conference fee is paid previous to conference start.

Cancellation Terms
If you are not able to participate at the Energy Talks Ossiach ’08, please inform us immediately in writing. After June 9, 2008, conference fees are not refunded any more. In this case, you are entitled to nominate your personal representative.

Conference Languages
The official conference languages are German and English. Simultaneous translation during the lectures is provided.

Joint Excursion
On the closing day, a joint excursion is planned for everybody. Please see our homepage www.energytalks.com for further details. Please confirm your participation on the registration form.

Accompanying Persons
For accompanying persons the fee amounts to EUR 150.- (plus 20% VAT) and includes the following services: Reception, visits to galleries and museums, excursions to the surrounding area of Ossiach, participation in the evening programs including dinner, participation in the joint excursion and shuttle services. Shuttle Service
For your convenience we have arranged a shuttle service throughout the conference, which will bring you from airport/train station to the conference venue or your hotel. Please indicate your exact arrival/departure times on the registration form. On conference days the shuttle service is waiting for you in front of the conference hotel and will bring you to the conference venue and back.

Internet
In the Cyber Center you have access to internet via one of our internet stations. In Stift Ossiach a WLAN is installed for your disposal.

Hotel Reservation
A limited hotel room allotment is at participants disposal in the listed conference hotels. Kindly mention the key word “Energy Talks” in order to get the special hotel tariffs. Please make your reservation before June 9, 2008. Afterwards reservations will be handled upon availability.

These rates are per room and night, and do include the buffet breakfast, as well as all local taxes and service charge. Kindly settle all overnight expenses directly at the hotel.

Registration Terms
The organizer is authorized to change the program for unforeseen important reasons. This will not entitle the attendee for any compensation. The current program and further information are accessible under www.energytalks.com. The organizer is not liable for any damage or losses or accidents, affecting persons or property. All participations in excursions are at your own risk.
The event could be cancelled due to unforseen economic reasons. In that case, the paid-in conference fee will be refunded.
The organiser is not liable for any data or information provided by speakers.
Photo and/or video sessions taken during the Energy Talks Ossiach ’08 are owned by SYMPOS and may be used for promotions and media work.
Place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Austrian law is applied.
